This was before we had apps or smart phones or the rise in technology that we have seen over the years. The user can type their notes using the iPad keyboard, add photos, import and annotate PDFs, organise pages and tag each notebook. The app also has Dropbox backup so all participants can access the notes whenever they want.

My iPad has an awesome case and keyboard made by Zagg (in red of course to match my business brand!). I always synch all of my files from my main Mac computer in my home office to Dropbox so that I am sure to have all of them handy while on the road by using the app on my phone and tablet. Use a good task tool.

The form factor of a smartphone is far smaller than a computer, the ability to type quickly is hindered on the tiny keyboard, and a smartphone really cant act as a hub as much as a computer can. Because you ultimately want to get them deposited in the place where they belong.and that''s not your phone. But it''s still a phone.

In the Advanced/General preferences panel, you can set Postbox to use Gmail’s keyboard shortcuts and you can also create events within Google Calendar for detected dates. Ive really been liking @ Teuxdeux for iphone and a web app, but Im not sure that I would be willing to commit to one app on my desktop and one on my phone.
