And I often find myself working late to finish client’s projects on time. I will of course keep trying to outsource as it isn’t possible for me to hire a lot of people and I still need help but how do you assure that the people that you hire cares about the project you give them ? I am the owner of a small business myself.

If you charge by the hour, a client may end up paying more than they expected, as some projects take longer than expected.

Given the current fascination with 300% grow startups – writing a business plan boils down to cash flow statement and projected earnings. If whatever you are selling is a one-night-comes-wonder (see: Million Dollar Page, see: Craigslist) then business plan is of no use. Nothing else matters so far. You said it true.

One of my bigger web design projects was for a very reputable Houston plastic surgeon that specializes in Body Lifts and Other cosmetic procedures. I usually choose Starbucks as a meeting place. I find this is not uncommon at all. I almost always see people meeting there in a business sense. I never actually met him face to face.

Project and Order Financing: Banks need to be made to provide the needed finance for SME’s in order to fulfill contracts and orders. I consider it fair and just that equal opportunities are given to SME’s when it comes to public sector projects. Any growth financing needed in this respect should also be financed.
