Shop around : Make sure you are getting the best deals from all you suppliers- right down to your electricity, broadband and gas bills. Remember this is a rule for internal meetings, for meetings with customers this rule does not apply – within reason of cause. The customer should determine the length of the meeting. Suppliers will probably thank you for short meetings, so they too can get more done. Digg Furl Netscape Yahoo!

When it comes to business projects it is just best to get them done and over with and move to the next item. Before I knew it I was rushing to get it done.

And I often find myself working late to finish client’s projects on time. I will of course keep trying to outsource as it isn’t possible for me to hire a lot of people and I still need help but how do you assure that the people that you hire cares about the project you give them ? I am the owner of a small business myself.

Other forms of partnership are a Limited Partnership (which is more complex to set up and gives limited input in managerial decisions, but limits liability) and a Joint Venture (similar to a normal partnership but lasts for a limited period of time or for the duration of one project). Project and Order Financing: Banks need to be made to provide the needed finance for SME’s in order to fulfill contracts and orders. I consider it fair and just that equal opportunities are given to SME’s when it comes to public sector projects. Any growth financing needed in this respect should also be financed.
