I read something that made me pause, but because I was in a big hurry and felt confident that the other person was covering that base, I let it go. I am not sure if it would have changed the outcome, but at least I would feel confident that I flagged it for my boss. It is wise to take a moment and evaluate the situation.

So I started to say Yes and it was a real confidence booster. I think everyone feels insecure at one time or another, but I find you cant let insecurity get the best of you. This is the time you need a lot of positive self talk. Ask your network of assistants for their opinion and feedback and then believe them!

A manager has to have confidence that you know how to do your job. So how did I handle it the second time around? I just did not have confidence that this person was going to be able to assist me. I always have more confidence something will get done when I see it being written down. Do you know what you are doing?

Buying a new outfit or wearing a freshly dry-cleaned suit will go a long way to increasing your confidence level. The next time you have a big task at work or a new opportunity that is exciting but a bit frightening too, it might be time to wipe down your desk and go out and buy that new suit and walk in and wow the socks off everyone.

If you are the presenter you have to study and know your subject well which helps you to be more confident in what you know and you also gain experience in making presentations which can help you in your career. The web also has anonymity and sometimes people receive information better from people they dont know. 411 Look Up 411.ca

I always feel more confident when a new hire asks me a question and gets all the information before proceeding.
