Doesn’t have an office and most of the time doesn’t have businesscards either (the new dial tone being twitter , of course). For me, this rather trendy (and almost overused) concept boils down to something really simple: a person who’s providing value through digital channels but who doesn’t have a fixed place to work.
As of now, my website is more like a businesscard – something I can point prospective clients towards after I’ve already made initial contact. Despite writing about personal finance, I’ve ended up getting a number of clients with PF blogs who hire me to do their site work. I think not. Powered by frugal
