Wow! I find this to be so true. I have several friends who have discussed this topic extensively on Facebook and Twitter. I believe that the problem is that there are certain areas for business, and other areas for socializing within Facebook. You should use Facebook Pages for business purposes and your general account should be used to get to know your "friends" or customers, and allow them to get to know you.

What do you think?
