Whether based on your cover letter or resume, recruiters only take 6 seconds to see if you are match. The shortest route is to look for temp work thru agencies or TaskRabbit, Craiglist, or volunteer. Your best bet is to get some experience in admin and being an EA thru temping or other contract work.
