Building Authentic Self-Confidence

Eat Your Career

As a professional speaker and corporate trainer , I’m often mistaken for one of those rare “naturally confident” people. Contrary to what you might believe, confidence and self-esteem are rarely natural traits. Instead, they are skills that can be learned through practice.
