Coworking Spaces are Human Spaces

Small Business Labs

Last week the results from the spring coworking space member survey were released at the Global Coworking Conference Unconference (GCUC). Emergent Research (that's us) partnered with GCUC and Jacob Sayles of Office Nomads on this study. But the real problem may not be your team tweeting too much but rather your poor communication skills as a leader. Think about it: How many times have you sent an email to a team member who is sitting in the same room?
