I also manage and mentor our team’s Apprentice, who is an invaluable help for various admin tasks. I maintain extensive status sheets for all our programmes so I always know what is going on.

I have heard of EAs working for successful international corporations and earning a very large salary. State you’d love to be an EA and learn so much you can be promoted to coordinator, director, manager. Even asking to intern, shadow, or be mentored by someone well respected is a great first step.
